Your main responsibility will be generating new leads through Upwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and prospecting through Upwork
  • Schedule online meetings with prospective clients for the CEO
  • Data sourcing based on ICP
  • Preparing and sending proposals
  • Communicating with new clients messaging
  • Working with CRM

Requirements:

  • Proven successful experience with a focus on Web dev services
  • Excellent written business communication skills in English
  • Passion to deliver results and remarkable achievements
  • Positive thinking and proactive person
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

As a bonus:

  • Strong sales process understanding
  • Familiarity with web development processes, methodologies, and technologies
  • Experience with CRM (Pipedrive, Zoho, Hubspot)
